www.tbonange.com disclaims any and all responsibility or liability for the accuracy, content, completeness, legality, reliability, or operability or availability of information or material displayed on the www.tbonange.com website.
www.tbonange.com disclaims any responsibility for any harm resulting from downloading or accessing any information or material on the Internet through the www.tbonange.com.
All orders are subject to acceptance by T Bon Ange Ltd and the availability of the goods.
Payment in whole by credit card or debit card is required before the shipping of any goods.
Once we accept your order and we have received your payment, we will verify this by sending you a confirmation email to the preferred email address you provide to us.
PLEASE NOTE: International orders may be subject to customs fees, taxes, duties, and processing fees. Such fees are the responsibility of the customer. Please contact your local customs office for detailed information.
Our customers have a given time period of 14 days to return any items to us for a refund.
We do not deliver to any PO box addresses, in order to maintain quality of service.
Merchandise supplied by T Bon Ange Ltd to customers remain the property of
T Bon Ange Ltd until the customer has paid in full.
We accept the following methods of payment: Visa, Visa Debit, Maestro, MasterCard, American Express.
All Orders Require a Signature Upon Delivery.
UK – FREE SHIPPING
Timeframe: up to 5 working days, Delivery type: Tracked and Signed
EU – Cost: £12
Timeframe: 5-10 working days, Delivery type: Tracked and Signed
INTERNATIONAL – Cost: £20
Timeframe: 10-15 working days, Delivery type: Tracked and Signed
TRACKING YOUR PARCEL
Your tracking number will be emailed to you when your order is dispatched so that you can check on the status of your parcel.
If you do not receive a tracking email, after placing your order, please send an email to info@tbonange, giving your order number.
All refunds will be credited to the original form of payment. Refunds will take 5-10 days to show in your account.
Orders will be invoiced at the prices set out on our website at the time of purchase.
All of our prices are listed in Pounds Sterling (GBP) and you will be invoiced in Pounds Sterling.
The prices indicated may be changed at any time without advanced notice.
If you are purchasing goods from outside the UK, currency fluctuations and credit/debit card charges may affect the amount billed on your credit/debit card.
CUSTOMER RETURNS – UK/EU/INTERNATIONAL
If you wish to return an item, please request a return form by sending an email to email@example.com. You must send us your request, within 14 days of receipt of your order. Please include your order number when you do so.
Returned items must be in their original packaging and in the condition in which they were received, with the security tags intact.
All returned items are inspected and assessed by T Bon Ange Ltd. Any items which fail to meet our return criteria will be returned to you the customer and will not be refunded.
We strongly recommend that you use a secure courier with a parcel tracking service such as DHL, DPD, UPS, and FedEx to return items to us.
PLEASE NOTE: International customs duties and sales taxes are not refunded by T Bon Ange Ltd.
T Bon Ange Ltd will not accept the return of any items that have been worn, damaged or have had their security tags removed.
Our products are limited editions. Due to this, we are unable to offer exchanges unless the item ordered is faulty or a different size is needed (CLOTHING ONLY).
If you would like to exchange an item, you will need to place a new order and return the original order for a refund. Please send an email to firstname.lastname@example.org to request the form of an exchange.
Please include your order number when you do so.
Any returned orders must be sent back within 14 days of receipt. This applies to all UK, EU, and International orders.
T Bon Ange Ltd is not liable for any items lost or stolen in transit, so it is advisable that you use a parcel tracking service when returning any items.
Any items returned after the given time period of 14 days will only be refunded at the discretion of T Bon Ange Ltd.
